#123 – Best of the Jest

We sat down and watched some stuff. And then talked about it. 

First up, 1989's Best of the Best starring Phillip Rhee and Eric Roberts is a muddled quagmire of plot inconsistencies, bad dialog, 80s action movie tropes, and somehow James Earl Jones. Then, all the heartbreaking and exciting twists and turns in the fourth episode of Marvel's Loki, and Invincible had an absolute gem of a first season finale.
